Gas Detector Calibration Message Handling Guide
This document provides step-by-step guidance on how to respond when the Gas Detection System displays the message "Calibration" on the main screen due to current output errors from the Gas Detector.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Log In to the Gas Detection System

On the main screen of the Gas Detection System, perform the login procedure using authorized credentials.

Enter I/O Setting Screen

Once logged in, tap “I/O-Setting” to activate the Setting screen.

Select the Affected Channel

On the Setting screen, identify the channel number showing the current deviation and tap the corresponding channel at the top of the screen.

Activate All Channel Settings

Tap the “ALL” checkbox at the top of the screen to select all related input/output settings.

Perform Zero Setting

Under the selected channel, tap “3.1 ZERO RANGE SET” to initiate Zero setting for calibration.

Save Settings

Press the “OK” button to save the configuration and exit the Setting screen.

Verify System Status

Return to the Main Screen of the Gas Detection System and confirm that the sensor displays correct and stable values.

Post-Configuration Verification
