1. Overview
If a PCU Card is installed inside the actuator, follow this procedure for safe replacement and initial setup.
2. Replacement Steps
Step 1: Power Off

Turn off the power supply to the actuator before replacing the PCU Card.
Step 2: Install the New PCU Card

Install the replacement PCU Card inside the actuator.

Configure DIP Switches and Dead Band/Time settings:

These must be set identically to the original card.

Step 3: Perform Auto Setting
3.1 Pre-Check

Ensure the actuator and valve are correctly assembled.

Confirm power and Input/Output signal connectors are properly connected.
3.2 Auto Setting Process

Press the ASCAN button on the PCU Card once.

The blue LED will blink, indicating that Auto Setting is in progress.

The valve will automatically open and then close.

When Auto Setting is complete, the blue LED remains ON.
3. LED Behavior During Auto Setting
LED Color | Description |
---|---|
🔵 Blue | Blinks during Auto Setting, remains ON when complete |
🟢 Green | Blinks while valve is closing, remains ON when fully closed |
🔴 Red | Blinks while valve is opening, remains ON when fully open |
📌 If the valve is already fully closed, the closing action will be skipped.
4. Canceling Auto Setting

Auto Setting will be canceled immediately if any button (ZERO / SPAN / ASCAN) is pressed during the Auto Setting process.
