1. Overview
If the PCU Card is installed inside the actuator, follow the procedure below to verify its functionality using LED status indicators and control buttons.
2. Inspection Procedure
Step 1: Check Blue LED (Power Check)

When AC 220V power is supplied, the blue LED on the PCU Card should be ON.

If the blue LED is OFF, power is not being supplied to the motor.

In this case, the PCU Card must be replaced.

Step 2: Check Yellow LED (Error Indicator)
-
If there is a fault in the product or no input signal, the yellow LED blinks.
-
When the yellow LED blinks, perform the following checks:
-
Verify whether Auto Setting operates correctly.
If not, replace the PCU Card. -
In Manual Mode, check if the valve operates.
If not, replace the PCU Card.

Step 3: Auto Setting Procedure

Ensure the actuator and valve are properly assembled.
-
Check the status of:
-
Power supply
-
Input/output signal connectors
-
-
If there are no issues, press the ASCAN button on the PCU Card once.
-
The blue LED will blink, and Auto Setting will start:
-
The valve will open and close automatically.
-
-
Once Auto Setting is complete, the blue LED remains ON.
Step 4: Manual Mode Operation
-
Press and hold the ZERO (black) and SPAN (white) buttons simultaneously for more than 2 seconds.
-
The yellow LED turns ON, activating Manual Mode.
-

In Manual Mode:
-
Press the ZERO button (black) → the valve closes.
-
Press the SPAN button (white) → the valve opens.
-
-
Manual Mode will automatically exit if:
-
No button is pressed for 10 seconds, or
-
Both ZERO and SPAN buttons are pressed together again for 2 seconds.
-
The yellow LED turns OFF upon exit.
