This document provides the PL40-U Pressure Transmitter operating procedures, including installation, safety precautions, technical specifications, and maintenance guidelines. The PL40-U is designed for process pressure measurement of liquids, gases, and chemical products, supporting intrinsically safe applications in hazardous areas.

  • The PL40-U Pressure Transmitter measures gauge and absolute pressure in gases, steams, liquids, and dusts.

• 3.5mA: No pressure signal detected.
• 4-20mA: Normal pressure range.
• 21mA: Overpressure detected.

7.3 Calibration

• Factory Pre-Set: No manual calibration required.
• Measurement Range: Clearly indicated on the transmitter housing.
