1. Overview
Touchscreens are installed in the following locations:
- RCP (Remote Control Panel) in the Cargo Control Room (C.C.R)
- MCP (Main Control Panel) in the Engine Room (E.R)
📌 If GMT Time cannot be set via the ARRANGE screen, follow this procedure to manually adjust the time.
âš Important Notes:
- The "SAVE" button must be pressed simultaneously on both MCP and RCP "Time Setting" screens.
- DO NOT modify any other parameters.
- Any issues caused by unauthorized changes will not be covered under warranty.
2. Procedure for Setting GMT Time
Step 1: Access the Setting Bar
- Quickly tap the corners of the touchscreen repeatedly until the Setting Bar appears.
- Press the "Offline" button.
📌 Why?
The Setting Bar provides direct access to system configuration options.
Step 2: Open the Time Setting Window
- Press the button displaying the date and time in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Adjust Date & Time
- Enter the correct:
- YEAR
- MONTH
- DAY
- HOUR
- MINUTE
- SECOND
- Press "OK" to confirm the changes.
Step 4: Save the Time Settings
- Press the "SAVE" button.
- Press "YES" to confirm.
âš Ensure that both MCP and RCP "SAVE" buttons are pressed simultaneously.
📌 Why?
This step ensures time synchronization between MCP and RCP.
Step 5: Exit the Settings Menu
- Press the "EXIT" button.
- Press "YES" to finalize the time setting.
📌 Why?
This step completes the time update process and restores normal touchscreen operation.
