1. Understanding the Electronics and Connection Compartment
The Local PCB uses Hall IC switches (A, B, C, D) for data input and adjustments. The function of each switch is as follows:
- A Switch: Increases the flickering digit.
- B Switch: Shifts the flickering rank by placing a magnet on the switch (hold for less than 3 seconds).
- C Switch: Decreases the flickering digit.
- D Switch: Registers the entered data.
⚠️ Note: The switch reacts to only one magnet polarity.
2. Local Indicator Setting Procedure
Step 1: Enter Parameter Mode
- Place a magnet on the B switch and hold for over 3 seconds.
- The operation mode will switch to Parameter Mode, displaying
"C00"
.
Step 2: Access Ullage Mode Setting
- Shift the displayed code to
"C09"
by using:- A switch (to increase).
- C switch (to decrease).
- Enter the password "1234" and confirm by placing the magnet on D switch.
"C10"
will be displayed.
Step 3: Set Ullage Mode
- Shift the code to "C10".
- Input 1 (Ullage mode).
- Confirm by placing the magnet on D switch.
Step 4: Save and Exit
- Place the magnet on B switch and hold for over 3 seconds.
- The system will return to operation mode, saving the settings.
Important Notes:
⚠️ Caution: Holding the B switch for too long in certain modes may cause unintended changes.
⚠️ Warning: Always verify the ullage setting to ensure proper measurement adjustments.
