1. Understanding the Electronics and Connection Compartment
The Local PCB uses Hall IC switches (A, B, C, D) for data input and adjustments. The function of each switch is as follows:
- A Switch: Increases the flickering digit.
- B Switch: Shifts the flickering rank by placing a magnet on the switch (hold for less than 3 seconds).
- C Switch: Decreases the flickering digit.
- D Switch: Registers the entered data.
⚠️ Note: The switch reacts to only one magnet polarity.
2. Local Indicator Setting Procedure
Step 1: Enter Parameter Mode
- Place a magnet on the B switch and hold for over 3 seconds.
- The operation mode will switch to Parameter Mode and display
"C00"
.
Step 2: Access Level Adjustment Mode
- Place the magnet on A switch to change the display to
"C01"
. - After that, place the magnet on the D switch to confirm.
Step 3: Set the Level Value
- Adjust the level value by comparing it with the actual cargo level.
- Use A switch to increase and C switch to decrease the value.
Step 4: Save and Exit
- Place the magnet on B switch until the display stops flickering.
- Register the updated data by placing the magnet on D switch.
- If the display returns to
"C01"
, hold the B switch for over 3 seconds to return to operation mode.
