1. Purpose

This document provides a step-by-step procedure for checking and modifying the sensor offset value in the MMCU-500C system to ensure accurate tank level measurements.

2. Required Tools and Equipment

• No special tools are required.

3. Sensor Offset Check Procedure

Step 1: Access Tank Information Menu

1. Touch the "HOME" button at the top of the screen.

1. When the menu screen appears, select "TANK INFORMATION".
2. A password input screen will be displayed.

Step 2: Enter Password

4. When the password input screen appears, click the "KEYBOARD" button.
5. Drag the screen to fully display the password input window.
6. Click the password field to activate the cursor.
7. Enter the password "0000" using the keyboard, then click "OK".

     8. The system will now enter TANK DATA setting mode.

Step 3: Check and Modify Sensor Offset

9. Select the sensor by verifying the CARGO group in the SELECT GROUP menu.
10. Check if an OFFSET value is inputted for the selected sensor.
11. If necessary, modify the OFFSET value accordingly.
12. Touch "APPLY and OK" to save the changes.

4. Post-Modification Verification

• Ensure the updated OFFSET value is correctly stored.
• Verify the tank level measurements to confirm accuracy.
