Troubleshooting Steps:
- Disconnect the Sampling PC cable (A01, B01) from Analyzer PCB Port 1.
- Reconnect the cable to Analyzer PCB Port 2.
- Inspect whether the system operates correctly.
2. Gas Sampling System Communication Port Change
Procedure:
- Tap multiple times on the bottom left corner of the Gas Sampling System main screen.
- When the "COMSET" window appears:
- Change Select COM Port from COM1 to COM2.
- Move the Serial Port connection at the back of the PC from COM1 to COM2.
- Verification:
- Ensure that the CHANNEL NAME is displayed.
- Check if the Analyzer PCB LED indicators (Rx, Tx) are blinking.
⚠️ Caution: Improper port settings may result in communication failure.
3. Device Manager Verification
Steps to Check USB Serial Port:
- Double-click on the top left corner of the Gas Sampling System main screen to access Windows.
- Open Device Manager.
- Verify if the USB Serial Port is functioning correctly.
⚠️ Warning: If the USB Serial Port is not recognized, the system may require driver reinstallation.
4. Gas Sampling System Execution Program Verification
Steps to Resolve Execution Issues:
- Copy the provided execution file to the Windows desktop.
- Run the copied file and check if it operates correctly.
- If the program runs successfully:
- Delete the previously installed version.
- Remove related files from C: Drive and the Auto Start folder.
- Use "Windows Key + R" to open the Run command and enter the necessary commands as per the provided instructions.
