1. Checking and Refilling Oil Level
- Inspect the oil level using the sight glass.
- If the oil level is low or abnormal, fill up the tank through the oil filling port.
2. Swapping Check Valves
- Identify Check Valve 1 (front side) and Check Valve 2 (back side).
- Swap the positions of Check Valve 1 and Check Valve 2 as marked in the image.
- Reassemble securely and check if the issue is resolved.
3. Air Removal & Oil Filling During Valve Operation
- If the problem persists, remove the plug on the unit.
- Fill oil while the valve is operating (motor running) to ensure proper circulation.
- Securely reattach the plug once the oil level is stabilized.
4. Troubleshooting Notes
- If oil level drops frequently, inspect for leakage in the system.
- Ensure check valves are clean and undamaged before swapping.
- Refill oil gradually to prevent air bubbles in the hydraulic system.
