Overview
The Manifold Pressure Monitoring System (MPMS) is designed for real-time pressure monitoring of manifold lines in industrial applications. The system provides alarm notifications, data logging, and remote communication via RS-485. It consists of pressure transmitters, an embedded PC, A/D converters, intrinsically safe barriers, and a printer.

5. Troubleshooting Guide (p.34-38)
Issue | Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
No power indication | Faulty fuse or wiring | Replace fuse, check wiring |
No alarm activation | Sensor wiring issue | Check wiring & perform self-test |
False alarms | Electrical interference | Check grounding and shielding |
No data recording | Database full | Delete old logs and restart |
6. Storage & Maintenance (p.6)
- Keep dry and avoid moisture exposure.
- Inspect cables and connectors periodically.
- Backup log files every three months.
