1. Introduction
This document provides emergency operation procedures for the Single EHPP Hand Pump. Follow the instructions carefully to ensure safe and efficient manual control of the actuator during power failure or system malfunction.
2. Emergency Operation Using Manual Hand Pump (Manual Override)
- Turn Isolation Valve ① (H) counterclockwise to open.
- Turn Isolation Valve ② (M) clockwise to close.
- Operate the hand pump lever by moving it up and down to control the actuator (open or close as needed).
- After completing manual operation:
- Turn Isolation Valve ① (H) clockwise to close.
- Turn Isolation Valve ② (M) clockwise to reopen.
⚠️ Caution:
- Ensure the Flow Reducer (ⓡ) is open at all times.
- Replace the plug with a Ventilation Cap after valve installation.
3. Emergency Operation Using Portable Hand Pump
- Connect the hose from the Portable Hand Pump to the actuator's emergency connector as shown in the diagram.
- Turn Isolation Valve ② (M) clockwise to close.
- Rotate the direction control handle on the hand pump to the open position.
- Operate the hand pump lever by moving it up and down to control the actuator (open or close as required).
- After manual operation:
- Turn the direction control handle to the open position to release pressure.
- Disconnect the hose.
- Turn Isolation Valve ② (M) clockwise to reopen.
⚠️ Caution:
- Ensure the Flow Reducer (ⓡ) is open at all times.
- Replace the plug with a Ventilation Cap after valve installation.
