How to Correct Erroneous Inert Gas (I.G) Pressure Reading [CMSR_TLP-100S_TS] How …
1. Electronics and Connection Compartment
The Local PCB features Hall IC switches (A, B, C, D) with the following functions:
- A Switch: Increases the flickering digit.
- B Switch: Shifts the flickering rank when a magnet (test tool) is placed on the switch (for no more than 3 seconds).
- C Switch: Decreases the flickering digit.
- D Switch: Registers the input data.
Note: These switches respond to one specific polarity of the magnet.
2. Local Indicator Setting Procedure
-
Check the I.G Pressure Reading:
- Observe the inert gas pressure displayed on the local indicator.
-
Enter Parameter Mode:
- Place a magnet on the “B” switch for more than 3 seconds.
- The display will change to parameter mode, showing “C00”.
-
Activate Adjustment Mode:
- Place the magnet on the “D” switch to confirm and proceed with adjustments.
-
Correct the Erroneous Pressure Reading:
- Input the deviation value based on the actual inert gas pressure.
- After adjustment, register the new value by placing the magnet on the “D” switch again.
-
Exit Parameter Mode:
- Place the magnet on the “B” switch for more than 3 seconds.
- The indicator will return to normal operation mode.
- Place the magnet on the “B” switch for more than 3 seconds.
